Flipping Great Feedback
Getting objective and insightful feedback on your presentation is the most effective way to prepare. I recommend two sessions, the first right at the start of your preparation to structure your content and the second to rehearse your delivery before presenting.
Sessions are two hours each and can be done online, or in person in Cape Town.
Let's get started
You need to give a speech, presentation or talk in a few weeks or months. You mostly know what you want to say but need some guidance to find your ‘golden thread’. During this two-hour session, we will:
● Clarify your message
● Create your structure
● Outline a clear strategy and timeline for your preparation process
● Make recommendations for your presentation visuals
Let's practice
You know what you want to say and want to get clear and actionable feedback on your presentation style to ensure your delivery and message are both on point. In this 2-hour session, you will practice your talk, get feedback and practice again. We will:
● Work on stagecraft
● Ensure your visuals are supportive of your message
● Align and rehearse your body language
● Rehearse your talk
I recommend booking both options to prepare yourself for an upcoming conference.
Carryn has a wonderful manner about her help - she listens attentively and boosts your confidence through her warm nature and interest, whilst also not holding back in being absolutely direct in her suggested changes. I liked that! This lack of beating around the bush allowed me to get straight to the point of changing my talk into something more impressive.
In a two-hour session, she quickly understood my concept and gave me a structure to work with. This moved my talk from entertaining and interesting to remarkable, slick and moving.
Carryn clearly has a lot of experience and when she speaks you listen, because in my opinion, when it comes to captivating audiences, you really don't know what you don't know I will be using Carryn a lot in my career and I look forward to learning a lot more from her going forward.
